NPower Payment Issues and Solutions 2019/2020

How To Resolve NPower Payment Issues and Get Paid Your Stipends

NPower Payment Issues and Solutions 2019/2020: We have received numerous reports from Npower beneficiaries regarding a sudden deduction in their monthly stipends, while some have not received their December and January salary. This post will highlight and give reasons why Npower backlog payment has not been remitted accordingly and proffer a solution to remedy this issue.

Without taking much of your time, you will recall that the Federal Government entered into a 20-month Asset Finance Agreement with the Bank of Industry for the N-Power devices.

This simply means that N-Power beneficiaries who selected the Tecno and Speedstar devices are charged beyond the ₦4,500 monthly device credit voucher of the Federal Government. The additional cost incurred are deducted from their stipends between the months of March and July 2018.
