This programme is part of Federal Government initiative which aims to engage and train 500,000 unemployed graduates, improves the standard of living, reduce income inequality, and to reduce the high level of unemployment, for the benefits of the Nigerian citizens. This unemployed graduate will be deployed in the rural communities, where they will help in improving the inadequacies in the agriculture, health, and educational sectors.

Each participant will be given a computing device that contains vital details for their specific engagement, which will enable them to effectively discharge their duties. Participants will provide teaching, instructional, and advisory solutions in 4 key areas.

The npower volunteer network is a great opportunity for unemployed graduates to harness their skills and make immense economic and social contributions to the economy. These graduates will be motivated to think critically and be entrepreneurial and creative in applying their skills in their areas of endeavor.
